The role will vary by project but often includes collection and analysis of primary and secondary research, modeling, input into client recommendations and final deliverable synthesis. The diversity of the role requires Analysts to constantly call on a broad skill set which will strengthen and grow over a short period of time.
Candidates are required to have a undergraduate degree in a scientific, mathematical, economic or business discipline. Senior Analysts will have 2-4 years of healthcare experience although consideration will be given for advanced degrees. Excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills are a prerequisite.

Consultants are expected to have a minimum of 3-4 years of industry experience, preferably supplemented by an advanced degree, and a demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement.
